Student Campus Mobile Map App case study for Northampton University.
Northampton University were producing a new App for prospective and new students for the academic year commencing September 2011.
They had some existing hard copy mapping of their campuses which were supplied to Lovell Johns. These were digitised to a similar style and geo-referenced so they could be used with a GPS-enabled phone to help students navigate around the sites. Lovell Johns also provided a list of co-ordinates of the centroids of each building for geo-positioning. The App is now live and in use.
