Requirement
Visit Lincoln, the destination management organisation responsible for promoting the city and surrounding areas to visitors and businesses, approached Lovell Johns with a requirement to develop some new county-wide cycle maps for a June 2022 deadline.
Map Solution
Cycle routes were provided by the client as GPX files, allowing our cartographers to plot these routes to determine the number and scale of individual maps required. Each map contains specific landmarks and points of interest with the routes highlighted in a strong colour against a deliberately simple base map.
National Cycle Network numbers are featured on the four maps.
Result
The agreed editable vector files were provided to the client for further leaflet design and printing in time for the Lincolnshire Show June 2022.
