Artistic Maps
Lovell Johns design artistic and stylised maps for the non-fiction publisher. Artistic maps are characterised by a slightly different feel and texture to a traditional map by the cartographer’s use of artistic effects such as pastels or watercolours to arrive at a stylised and atmospheric map.

The artistic map or stylised map will often have a unique theme, usually evident from the design brief provided by the client.
